Introduction
dARTS digital theater is the most cinema true sound reproduction home system on the market today.
dARTS Theater (Digital Audio Reference Theater System) speakers are perfectly calibrated at the factory, then calibrated again to your specific room. The end result ensures true sound perfection, regardless of the room’s acoustics. You’ve never heard movies and music sound so precise!
dARTS Theater is an all-digital system that includes an intelligent amplifier that precisely calibrates the speakers’ performance. dARTS Theater is the most precise and predictable speaker system you can own.
Each speaker driver in the system is custom tuned to match within 0.5 dB of each other and every dARTS system is calibrated and aligned to a reference performance level. The systems minimum SPL (loudness) is 105db in the listening area – that’s loud, precise and clear.
Once installed, our latest version of Audyssey® MultEQ® room calibration software takes over and the specific sonic footprint of the room is taken out of the equation.
MultEQ® corrects room anomalies to achieve the perfected “reference” listening experience in any room, providing a precise, acoustic performance matching the sonic quality of a precision-tuned movie theater.

DP4000 dARTS Amplifier
Class-D 16-Channel Digital Amplifier / Controller
The DP4000-IA digital/programmable amplifier manages an entire dARTS Theater system with 16 channels of Digital Signal Processing and amplification. Each amp channel controls the crossover, time alignment and EQ and provides up to 250 watts of amplification for each driver (woofer, midrange, tweeter) in a speaker. Each subwoofer in the system has its own 500-watt amplifier.
Audyssey MultEQ® XT Pro room correction software is integrated in the DP4000-IA for precise management of each speaker. By using digital control in a bi-and tri-amped configuration, we are able to achieve previously unreachable levels of accuracy and performance.
dARTS DC-660-R
6.5″ Coaxial In-Ceiling Speaker
The DC-660-R blends beautifully into any dARTS Theater system installations and is perfect for Dolby Atmos® theater configurations and other object-based multi-channel systems. Using the same woofers as the dARTS Theater 660-LR and Unicell Acoustic Treatment surrounding the soft dome tweeter, it seamlessly transitions sound from around to above the theater.
535 Series
Featuring 5.25” woofers, this series is designed to provide a THX reference level of 105 dB SPL in rooms ranging from 2500 cubic feet to 8000 cubic feet (for measuring speaker coverage, you need to consider the room’s volume, not just its square footage).
dARTS 535 Free Standing
The 535 Freestanding series uses sleek, hand-crafted, highly polished cabinets for the front speakers, center channel speaker and subwoofer.
Surrounds are available in a custom box design with painted black finish.
A single-sub configuration will provide THX reference level SPL in a room up to 5,000 cubic feet; larger configurations will cover up to 18,000 cubic feet. Ask your dARTS Theater integrator for assistance in determining the proper configuration for your theater.
Front speakers have a two-way design with a 1.125” soft dome tweeter and a 6.5” 3LC woofer in a tapered gloss black cabinet.
The center speaker also has a tapered gloss black cabinet; it is designed to sit on a shelf underneath the TV or projection screen and has a 1.125” soft dome tweeter plus two 6.5” 3LC woofers. Surrounds each have two 1” soft dome tweeters and two 6.5” 3LC woofers in an angled cabinet. dARTS 535 In-Wall
In-wall dARTS Theater speakers incorporate the same driver configuration as the CB models, but mount flush with the wall for a seamless look.
The DP-4000 digital/programmable amplifier manages the entire system with 16 channels of DSP and amplification.
Each channel controls the crossover, time alignment, equalization and amplification of each individual driver (woofer, midrange, tweeter).
The Multi-EQ XT software measures and uses the acoustic properties of your room to create a set of custom correction filters. The result is a sound reproduction system that is perfectly matched and is restored to its target curve, just as it was when it left our lab.

dARTS 535 Custom Box
Custom-built dARTS Theater speakers have painted black enclosures suitable for placement in cabinets or behind perforated projection screens.
Cabinets can be built to order in our wood shop to match uniquely-shaped mounting locations. These speakers are ideal for “hiding” in the room without the need to cut holes in walls. A system using 535 Custom Box speakers will provide up to 105 dB SPL (THX reference level) in a room measuring up to 8000 cubic feet.
The driver complement includes two PhaseTech patented designs: our signature soft dome tweeters (either 1” or 1.125”) and 5.25” woofers constructed of a three-layer composite of glass fiber / Nomex honeycomb / glass fiber (3LC).
The subwoofer has a 12” polypropylene woofer with NBR surround and a matching passive radiator.

660 Series
Featuring 6.5” woofers, this series is designed to provide a THX reference level of 105 dB SPL in rooms ranging from 5000 to 18,000 cubic feet.
dARTS 660 Series Tower
The newest addition to the dARTS Theater family, the 660T is a powerful 3-way speaker enclosed in an elegant tower cabinet with a high gloss black finish.
The 660T has three 6.5” woofers constructed of a three-layer composite of glass fiber / Nomex honeycomb / glass fiber and a 1.125” soft dome tweeter (both drivers are Phase Technology inventions) in a ported enclosure.
These towers function as left and right mains for a dARTS Theater system, with a freestanding center speaker, custom box surrounds and freestanding subwoofers in 12” or 15” woofer sizes. Subwoofers incorporate a polypropylene woofer with NBR surround in a handmade cabinet with high gloss black finish.
A system using 660 Tower mains will provide up to 105 dB SPL (THX reference level) in a room measuring up to 18,000 cubic feet. Systems can be ordered in a variety of configurations. dARTS Flyte In-wall, On-Wall
A more recent addition to the dARTS line-up, the Flyte system was designed to deliver the full dARTS sound and experience into any room or space desired, in attractive, thin enclosures.
Media rooms, family rooms, bedrooms, boardrooms, and offices – the Flyte system integrates into these spaces without disrupting the design or layout of the room in the process. Flyte speakers are available in black or white, and as in-wall or on-wall variations.
Additional Flyte speakers, Atmos in-ceiling speakers, subwoofers and amps may be added to expand the system beyond the initial 5.1 configuration. The Flyte system includes five (5) DCB-Flyte or five (5) DIW-Flyte speakers, one (1) DCB-112 Sub, and one (1) DP40001A.
